How all Famora programmes are structured
Introduce the Framework
Each session opens with a clear explanation of the communication concept being explored — what it is, where it comes from, and how it tends to show up in everyday family interactions.
Practise in a Safe Setting
Participants work through structured exercises using general or hypothetical scenarios, not personal situations. This keeps the setting comfortable while still making the learning concrete.
Take the Skills Home
Every programme ends with written materials — worksheets, templates, or a structured plan — that participants can return to and use independently after the session.
Programme 01
Family Communication Workshop
A guided group session on listening, expressing needs, and reducing conflict in everyday family life. Educational and reflective in nature, with no advice on any individual situation. Includes practical exercises participants can continue at home.
- Active listening techniques explored in a group format
- How to express needs without triggering defensiveness
- Approaches to everyday disagreement that reduce friction
- Take-home exercise pack for continued practice
How the Session Runs
-
1
Opening: introduction to the session format, brief overview of what communication skills are and why they matter in family settings.
-
2
Listening module: a structured look at common listening habits and how small adjustments change what the other person feels heard.
-
3
Expression module: framing needs and feelings in ways that invite engagement rather than defence, using example scenarios from daily family life.
-
4
Closing reflection and take-home materials — a short exercise pack to continue exploring the concepts at home.
Session Fee
฿3,650
Single group session, approx. 3 hours
Programme 02
Mediation-Support Information Session
An informational session explaining how respectful, voluntary mediation conversations are generally structured, and how to prepare for them calmly. Covers process and communication skills only, not any specific dispute or outcome. Includes a preparation worksheet.
- Overview of how voluntary mediation conversations are structured
- How to prepare mentally and practically for a structured conversation
- Communication skills useful in organised, calm exchanges
- Preparation worksheet to complete before or after a session
How the Session Runs
-
1
Introduction: what voluntary mediation conversations are in general terms, and what they are not — including what Famora covers and where its scope ends.
-
2
Structure overview: the typical stages of a structured conversation — opening, exploration, understanding, and next steps — and why each stage exists.
-
3
Preparation module: what calm preparation tends to look like — how to organise your thoughts, what communication habits are useful, and how to approach the exchange without escalating.
-
4
Preparation worksheet: a structured document participants can use to organise their thinking before any planned structured conversation.
Session Fee
฿7,650
Single information session, approx. 2.5 hours

Across All Programmes
Standards that apply to every session we run
Prepared, Written Curricula
Every session is delivered from a written curriculum, not improvised. Content is reviewed between cohorts based on participant feedback.
Participant Privacy
Booking details are handled privately. Group sessions operate with a shared confidentiality understanding communicated at the start of each session.
Clear Educational Scope
All sessions are educational. No personal advice, no assessments of individual situations, no referrals. The scope is communicated clearly at enquiry and again at the session start.
Capped Group Sizes
Sessions are capped at ten participants to ensure each person has space to engage with the content without feeling lost in a crowd.
Transparent Pricing
All fees are stated upfront. There are no add-ons, no upselling during sessions, and no expectation of ongoing commitment after a single programme.
Feedback-Driven Improvement
After each session, participants are invited to share written feedback. This is used to refine content, timing, and materials for future cohorts.
